Payment Options

We realize that every person’s financial situation is different.  For this reason Dentalcare Associates provides a variety of payment options to help you receive the dental care you need with respect for your budget.  You can select one of the following payment options that best suits your financial situation.

Payment In Full – A 5% Savings!

Receive a 5% book-keeping courtesy for pre-payment  by cash, check, credit or debit card. 

3 Payment Plan

The total cost of treatment is paid in three periodic installments.  An initial payment of 30% is required at the start with two remaining payments made during the course of treatment. Please note that the entire amount must be paid prior to completion of treatment.

CareCredit

We are aware that unexpected dental costs can significantly impact your budget and we want to make our services as affordable as possible.  For this reason we utilize CareCredit for monthly payment plans.  CareCredit allows you to begin treatment immediately – then pay for it over time with low monthly payments that are easy to fit into your monthly budget.

CareCredit offers many benefits for you and your family including:

1. No initial payment, no pre-payment penalties, and no annual fees
2. Interest free financing for up to 12 months
3. Extended payment options

CareCredit is a revolving credit line.  You can use CareCredit to finance past balances, today’s treatment, and future treatment at Dentalcare Associates and referrals to participating specialty offices.
